This stool is intended to as a tool for living. Constructed from Sapele, a durable and rot resistant hardwood, and protected with food safe paint and wax finish, it was designed to be used and shared.
Every purchase of a stool helps to support “Take a Seat!,” an independent project spreading free furniture throughout New York City. This is a variation of a piece originally released in April, 2025 at Hudson River Park.
